Back to the 70s and sunshine this afternoon.
High pressure near the Bay Area drives a warming trend to wrap the week. Daytime highs peak in the upper 70s to low 80s today through Saturday. As the high centers over the state this weekend, gusty east winds up to 20 MPH may develop.
Models continue to be at odds over an approaching storm system next week. The American GFS model indicates a slight shower chance Wednesday, as a low pressure trough taps into tropical moisture. Meanwhile, the European model keeps much of southern Arizona dry. For now, rain chances sit at 10% for the big Thanksgiving travel day.
