An expanding dome of high pressure brings back the breezes today. Easterly winds up to 25 MPH are possible through lunchtime, weakening to 10-15 MPH by late afternoon. Highs today reach the mid 70s in Tucson, running 3-5° above average.
Tomorrow marks the beginning of another 80° streak. Breezes relax Thursday as the Old Pueblo peaks in the low 80s under sunny skies. Mid 80s are on tap this weekend, while overnight lows bottom out in the upper 40s metro-wide.
Early next week features gusty winds, courtesy of a cold front passing through the Four Corners. This front drops temps to the 70s by Tuesday.
