Tomorrow – Mostly sunny, breezy. 92°, southwest wind 10-20 MPH.
The Sonoran Wind Machine starts cranking up as the week ends.
High pressure slides over the state today. As a result, Metro Tucson reaches the low 90s under mostly sunny skies. Westerly winds today should peak around 10-15 MPH, decreasing after sunset.
An approaching cold front increases the breezes tomorrow and Saturday. 20-25 MPH gusts are possible with highs dropping to the upper 80s this weekend. This front may touch off a few mountain showers, but valley floors remain dry.
Models indicate another cold front arriving after the weekend. Gusty winds increase again by Monday, followed by daytime highs dropping to the low 80s the middle of next week.

Calling my own number on this. Snapped this morning’s sunrise with the SkyNet cam here at our Central Tucson studios. I’d say SunsetWx’s forecast verified quite well!
