Lots of heat for the work week, but storms may be few & far between.
Highs in Tucson today reach the 100s for the 52nd time this year. Mostly sunny skies prevail this afternoon, as the White Mountains stand a slight chance at a few storms. Nighttime lows bottom out in the mid to upper 70s under clear skies.
Enough moisture may sneak in tomorrow to pop a stray metro storm. Better moisture arrives later this week, courtesy of high pressure sliding toward the Four Corners. Despite the increase in moisture, much of Metro Tucson stays dry over the next 7 days. A 20% chance of storms returns Thursday & lasts through the weekend.
Daytime highs much of the week reach triple digit territory.
