FORECAST DISCUSSION

From early Fall perfection to a potential increase in moisture.

Highs today peak in the mid 90s under mostly sunny skies. Nighttime lows bottom out in the low 60s, running below average for mid September standards. Ample sunshine rules the skies heading into the weekend, as highs reach the mid to upper 90s through Sunday.

Long range models indicate some moisture returning early next week, courtesy of a stalled out storm system off Baja California. While considerable differences are noted in the model data, isolated storms are possible as soon as Monday.
