Dominating the forecast for the work week is a cutoff low near Baja California. Expect mostly sunny skies this afternoon, followed by increasing clouds overnight. Highs reach the mid 70s Tuesday.
Moisture trickles in mid to late week, fueling a daily shower chance. As it stands, rain chances reside at 10% Wednesday, increasing to 70% early Thursday. There is a decent shot of valley rain & mountain snow Friday through Christmas morning, as a second storm system approaches from the northwest.
