Partly cloudy skies prevail this afternoon. Highs peak in the low to mid 60s, on par with early January normals. Skies become mostly cloudy overnight, keeping lows in the mid 40s for Metro Tucson. A few sprinkles can’t be ruled out tonight.
More sunshine begins to break out tomorrow. High pressure builds into the state for the first full weekend of 2017. This translates to a Winter warming trend, as highs jump to the 70s under partly cloudy skies. Temperatures range from the low 70s Saturday to the upper 70s next Monday.
