High pressure parked over the Colorado River Valley remains Arizona’s weather influence. Daytime highs run 5-10° above average through early next week. Metro Tucson reaches the mid 70s this afternoon under sunny skies. Temps peak in the upper 70s Friday and Sunday.
Skies may become partly cloudy on Friday, followed by more sunshine this weekend.
Overnight lows will also be on the mild side. Expect temperatures in the 40s over the next several nights. Much of Southern Arizona should avoid freezing temperatures during the morning hours.
