Despite two cold fronts this week, drier weather wins for the Sonoran Desert.
High pressure slides across the state the next few days. As a result, highs range from the upper 60s this afternoon to the low 80s Wednesday. Mostly sunny skies prevail to start the week, but more cloud cover enters the picture by Wednesday.
The first of two cold fronts sweeps through by Thursday, knocking down temperatures about 10-15° from Wednesday’s levels. Plenty of sunshine is expected for the Tucson Rodeo Parade. Another cold front arrives the second half of the upcoming weekend. This will serve to bring partly cloudy skies and drop daytime highs to the mid 60s.
