Today and tomorrow features a return of gusty winds, courtesy of a storm system passing south of the state. Expect easterly wind gusts around 20 MPH across Southern Arizona. The blowing dust threat along I-10 east of Willcox should be decreased, as the wind direction keeps dust south of the road.
Daytime highs to wrap the week peak in the upper 70s to low 80s. Sunny skies prevail this afternoon, but cloud cover increases Friday and Saturday.
Gusty winds take a break on Saturday, but could redevelop early next week. A storm system passing north of the state creates southwest winds in the 10-20 MPH range Sunday and Monday.
