FORECAST DISCUSSION

Here comes the heat.

High pressure emerges from the California coast, according to 4WARN Meteorologist Jeff Beamish. Highs range from the mid 80s Wednesday to the low 90s Thursday and Friday. Temperatures to wrap the work week run roughly 10° above average.

Models hint at a new storm system this weekend. Gusty winds return to the forecast as soon as Saturday. Daytime highs struggle to reach the low 80s the second half of the weekend.
