The good news? Computer models are starting to agree.
The bad news? Weekend rain chances are on the ropes for the Old Pueblo.
More clouds than sun are on tap this afternoon. Despite the cloud cover, highs run about 10° above average this afternoon. Mostly cloudy skies continue into the overnight hours as lows only bottom out in the upper 50s.
A storm system off the Pacific coast remains the dominant weather feature the next several days. This feature may produce some isolated showers Wednesday afternoon and evening. Gusty winds start to develop Thursday as highs drop to the low 70s.
As this storm system comes inland this weekend, both the European & GFS model indicate a northerly storm track. Thus, rain chances are decreasing for Metro Tucson. Expect just a 10% chance of showers Saturday and Sunday. Highs peak in the upper 60s to low 70s with gusty afternoon winds possible.
