Wednesday’s Tucson Forecast: Let the thaw begin!

A cold start, but warmer weather’s not far away.

After much of Metro Tucson woke up to freezing temperatures this morning, highs today rebound to the low 60s. Sunshine dominates as afternoon temperatures still run 5-7° below normal.

Lows tonight will be cool again, but likely above the freezing mark across a good portion of Pima County.

High pressure parked off the West Coast will be the main feature influencing the forecast starting tomorrow. Ample sunshine is expected as daytime highs reach the upper 60s to low 70s.

Overnight lows trend warmer as well, bottoming out in the upper 30s to low 40s.
